    The most important items with assets in the northeast is property preservation. We have a large network of local contractors that can service our assets. Agents that are a part of our network will be expected to get to the assignments as soon as possible if it is in the market area assigned.
    Monthly status and initial/follow up Bpo reports are very important to us and our asset manages we work with. Our main goal on all the assets is to get them sold and get the most for our sellers.
